Having the right tools for a multi-faceted creative job is incredibly important. Photography equipment, camera bodies, lenses, lights, tripods, etc., need to be protected from the rough and tumble life of photographer. Laptops, paperwork, water bottles, a change of clothes, there’s a lot to carry around.

While there are a lot of products in the marketplace to address this, they often look a little too functional, sacrificing aesthetics for practicality. I was willing to make no such compromise. So I worked with Kate Everard Designs who created the prototype you see below.

Through their Saturday’s Child brand, the backpack is unconventional, practical and stylish. Tough enough to take the rigours of modern life, while looking good enough for every occasion.
